Coverage IQ provides independent insurance policy education and audit services. We review your existing insurance policies to identify potential gaps, coverage concerns, and commonly overlooked endorsements. Our services are educational and informational in nature only. We are not an insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker. We do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance policies on your behalf. We do not receive commissions from any insurance carrier.

Coverage IQ and its auditors are not licensed claims adjusters. We do not adjust, appraise, investigate, negotiate, or settle insurance claims on behalf of any party. Our findings, reports, and recommendations are strictly for educational purposes. They are not intended to be used — and should not be used — to appeal a claim decision, dispute a carrier's coverage determination, or as evidence in any legal or regulatory proceeding. Coverage IQ makes no representation that a carrier will or will not cover any specific claim based on our review.

Policy audit and review services are currently available to residents of the following states only: • Virginia (VA) • Maryland (MD) • Pennsylvania (PA) • North Carolina (NC) By requesting an audit, you confirm that you are a resident of one of these states. Coverage IQ reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to residents outside these states at any time.

Nothing in our audit reports, findings, recommendations, or communications constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or assurance that any insurance policy will provide coverage for any specific loss, event, or claim. Insurance coverage is determined solely by the terms of your policy and the decisions of your insurance carrier. Our role is to help you understand what your policy says — not to predict or guarantee how your carrier will respond to a claim.

When you connect your insurance accounts through our platform, we access your policy data in a read-only capacity. We do not modify, alter, or interact with your policies or carrier accounts in any way. Your policy data is used to conduct your audit and prepare your report. Coverage IQ may, now or in the future, connect consumers with licensed insurance agents and partners in the states we serve. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that if you request a quote, express interest in coverage options, or consent to be contacted by a licensed agent, we may share relevant information — such as your name, contact details, state of residence, and general coverage profile — with licensed insurance professionals or trusted referral partners for the purpose of fulfilling that request. We do not share your data for unrelated marketing purposes, and you may opt out of this sharing at any time by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coverage IQ, its owners, employees, and auditors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our findings. Our audit reports reflect our professional opinion based on the policy documents reviewed at the time of the audit. Policy terms, endorsements, and carrier guidelines are subject to change. We recommend consulting a licensed insurance professional appointed with your specific carrier for any confirmation and advice specific to your policy.

Coverage IQ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
